It has been a while since my last blog post and a lot has changed in my life. I accepted a position with Praxis and moved to Charleston, SC a little over two weeks ago.
The whole move went great and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be working with.
What I’m Learning
This past week we implemented some changes in the way we communicate in the placement process. This has allowed me to practice crafting detailed emails.
A large part of my day-to-day is prospecting potential new business partners. I’ve been testing different ways to prospect and how I can be most efficient reaching my daily goal for leads.
Last week, my goal was to hit 70 leads. Unfortunately, I came up short on my goal, but with the changes we implemented in placement on the backend, I realized my goal was a little far fetched.
Now that I have my resources in order, as far as where I’m sourcing my leads, I’m confident that my system will be more efficient next week.
What I’m Creating
During a meeting last week with the placement team, we created a couple of spreadsheets for tracking data.
I realized that one spreadsheet we created was unnecessary and that we could transfer some data to the other sheet.
This way we are keeping all the data we need in one place and it makes the process more efficient for the team.
Next week, we plan to have a meeting to see how we can make some of our daily systems more efficient. I’m excited to see what we come up with!
I’m looking forward to creating more structure in my daily workflow, but I’m also enjoying the adjustments to changes.
Until next week!
